JAKARTA , KOMPAS.com - Jakarta Vice Governor Basuki Purnama Tjahaja claimed that during this tough stance against PT Jakarta Monorail ( JM ) because she did not want to Jakarta Governor Joko Widodo snagged legal problems later on . What's more , he said , never stopped monorail project about three years ago by the previous Governor of Jakarta , Fauzi Bowo , due to PT JM has been in default .
" I do not want this to be a matter of law . I no nothing interests and grudges to PT JM . I just do not want nothing on the governor . Governor I do not want no legal problem in the future , " said Basuki in Jakarta City Hall , Tuesday ( 29/04/2014 ) .
" If Mr. Fauzi Bowo demanded how? Why Pak Fauzi Bowo had stop but resumed again . Want answered how? Why monorail project that was discontinued in 2011 turned on again . Mr. Fauzi Bowo, Jakarta Governor 's signature as , you know , not as a private person , " he said again .
Basuki also still question the " insistence " of PT JM to continue the construction of the monorail project . In fact , he said , the project did not potentially profitable .
"If you as a private party has tens of trillions of money , you do not go into a business is not clear . So , what their intentions (CF JM ) in here , that's my question , " said the man who was familiarly called Ahok it .
Previously , Jokowi doing groundbreaking continued construction of the monorail which has been stalled since 2007 was on October 16, 2013 . However , after grounbreaking , workmanship monorail also never done until now due to the lack of cooperation agreement ( Agreement ) between the city government and PT JM
