Previously , Tutut PT Blessing Work Together sued over ownership of PT CTPI , who now oversees MNC TV . PT Blessing is CTPI existing shareholders . PT Blessing has rights to 75 percent of PT CTPI which was later taken over and held MNCN .
Reporting made by the PT CTPI a follow -up to the Supreme Court decision No. 862 which granted the petition Tutut K/Pdt/2013 above PT Blessing Work Together . The verdict annulled the decision of the High Court of Jakarta Number 629/PDT/2011/PT . Jakarta on 20 April 2012 which previously had annulled the decision of the Central Jakarta District Court No. 10/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt pst on 14 April 2011 .
