JAKARTA , KOMPAS.com - The process of recapitulation Legislative elections were held in 2014 General Election Commission ( KPU ) has entered the fourth day on Tuesday ( 04/29/2014 ) . Supposedly , to this day , already 13 provinces passed recapitulation voice . In fact , only 6 provinces adopted by the Commission report recap . Meanwhile , a number of other provinces was delayed because of technical problems still exist in the Commission area . Provinces it is Bengkulu , Jakarta , Aceh , Lampung , West Java and Banten .
Director of Civil Circle for Indonesia Ray Rangkuti judge , technical issues election had occurred long before polling day . According to him , this happens due to lack Commission to supervise the organizers at the local level . In addition , Ray said , since the beginning of the Commission also does not resolve the issue at the level of the Voting Operator Group ( KPPS ) so the problems pile up .

Ray considers the many errors and problems in provincial KPU KPU can be slit to various violations of the election. To that end , he suggested that the organizers of the election to form a new scheme for the Commission to oversee internal to the regions .
" Usually they just cope with issuing a circular , warning , and it was not effective . Should be a special unit whose job is only supervise the performance of the Commission , " he said .
Meanwhile Commissioner Commission Commissioners Riskiansyah Ferry Kurnia said , the process will still be pursued recapitulation completed on 6th May and was announced on May 9, according to the schedule .
According to Ferry , the problem in some provincial KPU can be completed before the stipulated deadline .
" Anyway we can hopefully seek appropriate deadlines . Whether we can know candidates who qualify , sufficient party parliamentary threshold and threshold running for president , " said Ferry .
Since Saturday ( 26/04/2014 ) last week , the Commission held a plenary meeting of the recapitulation of the national vote in the elections . Recapitulation process will be held for 11 days until May 6, 2014 . Results summary will be set between 7 and May 9, 2014 . Results tally of 33 provinces gathered in central KPU to sum as a result pileg nationally.
